Not necessarily the happiest minutes, but active minutes is good. Had a good easy 5km with Doodles, but hill repeats sucked. Or more accurately, I sucked. Legs on fire, light-headed at points and only going at a snails pace. But it was followed by a delicious “cauliflower base pizza” out of the IQS4life cookbook. Yum.
